Our goal is the full satisfaction of our customers, which is why if for any reason you are not fully satisfied when you receive your order, you have 30 business days from receipt to return or exchange it. Items must be in perfect condition, unused and with the original label and packaging. Otherwise, we will make the item available to you for collection and the purchase amount will not be refunded.
To make the size change and all kinds of changes in any area, the customer will return the item and buy the other desired item. Underwear cannot be changed.

To make a return, we offer you three options:
1.-You can exchange or return your item for free at our studios in Madrid and Valencia.
2.-Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of your order number. Send the items with their original packaging or a similar one by certified mail or courier to our studio in Madrid.
3.-Request a return by email to: email@example.com Once ready, the cost of the return is by the client if it is due to causes beyond the control of the product. The cost may vary by area. The refund does not include the shipping costs that you have paid when you made your order.
The company reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
